Experience

2007-Present:  Mediator in private practice, mediating over 1400 cases, including commercial disputes, franchise issues, insurance coverage, IP and trade secret disputes, professional malpractice, personal injury, employer/employee claims, real estate cases, contracts, construction cases, corporate and partnership disputes, tax abatement and valuation contests, toxic torts, and collections.

1986-2010:  Justice, New Hampshire Superior Court, presiding over thousands of jury and non-jury trials.

1974-1986:  Private practice, representing insurance companies, individuals, businesses, partnerships and corporations in federal and state courts.

Training

Completed numerous American Arbitration Association, academic, court and other professional mediation and arbitration courses and training. Frequent speaker at CLEs on mediation and arbitration. Author of a number of articles on mediation.
